Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have arrested 4 youths after catching themin a stolen vehicle.
Around 2:30 in the morning police attempted to stop a vehicle reportly stolen. The driver refused to stop and after a brief chase crashed, at the intersection of S. Salina St. and E. Jefferson St.
The four were arrested at the scene.
The driver was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property . All four were charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
