Early Morning Fire Heavily Damages Syracuse Home

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse investigators trying to figure out what sparked a blaze early this morning.

Fire crews responded to a house on Hudson St. around 5. When they arrived on the scene, the large two family home had heavy fire on the second floor and the back of the house.

The 4 adults and 3 children who lived there made it out safely. It took crews almost 40 minutes to knock down the flames. There were no injuries, but there was heavy damage tothe home.

There were no working smoke detectors in the structure.
