Two victims have been identified following separate weekend shootings.
37 year old Stephen Phelps-Martans was found with gunshot wounds Friday afternoon in Syracuse's Westcott neighborhood. He later died at the hospital.
Later that night, police responded to an apartment complex on the city's East side for a second shooting. 31 year old Hakeem Phillips was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
