Power has been restored to a North Syracuse neighborhood following a drunk driving crash.
An officer was conducting a traffic stop on Church St when his patrol car was hit by a drunk driver. The driver continued, hitting numerous vehicles and utility poles. The 56-year-old driver was taken into custody. Power was out for roughly 1500 customers for a few hours.
