Oneida County, N.Y. - The man who killed a 17 year old girl and posted pictures of her dead body online was back in court.
Brandon Clark is trying to withdraw his guilty plea in the killing of his 17-year-old girlfriend Bianca Devins. The 23 year old Cicero man claimed he's more knowledgable about a psyhiatric defense than his former attorney. He also claimed he wasnt aware of missing evidence and if he was he would not have pleaded guilty.
If a judge agrees with Clark, he could reduce his murder charge down to manslaughter. Clark is facing 25 years to life in prison.
The judge will rule on Clark's request later.
