Syracuse, N.Y. - Some scarey moments yesterday afternoon.
Syracuse police responded to a drowning call. A 1 year old, had been submerged in water by their three-year-old sibling while in the bathtub and was unresponsive.
Officers Joseph Blazey and Shaquille Mohammad immediatley provided first aid and moments later, the child coughed up water and began breathing again.
The child was taken to the hospital, where they are expected to be ok.
Child Protective Services is investigating.
