The State DEC releasing a report of misconduct with one of its forest rangers in CNY.
Last year, the Dept of Environmental Conservation's Inspector General began investigating Forest Ranger Charles Richardson for inappropriate conduct. The report found Richardson had sex, stole gym equipment, and moonlit as a part time police officer while on the clock for the DEC. Richardson has since been suspended without pay.
