Albany, N.Y. - Governor Andrew Cuomo releasing todays numbers regarding COVID 19.
He said the state continues to make progress, .87 percent of yesterday's tests were positive.
4 people died in the past 24 hours. The number of those in the hospital has dropped as has the number of those in ICU.
Cuomo says "Our progress is thanks to the hard work of New Yorkers, even after two and a half months of reopening, the numbers have continued to go down,"
He went on to say...."But we learned from this crisis that nobody is safe until everybody is safe, ...surging infection rates across the country threaten the progress, so we must continue to wear our masks, socially distance and stay New York Tough."
