Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have identified the victim who marked the 19th homicide in Syracuse
Last Thursday afternoon officers responded to the 100 block of Neutral Ct. for a shooting with injuries. They found 30-year-old Miguel Quintero shot. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
His death was the fourth in just that week!
