Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are investigating yet another homicide
Thursday afternoon around 4:30 police responded to 100 block of Neutral Court for a shooting with injuries call.
They found a 30-year-old male who had been shot.He was pronounced dead at the scene.
