Chittenango, N.Y. - The Madison County Health Department says a positive COVID-19 case has been discovered at the Yellow Brick Road Casino in Chittenango.
This is the second one for the Oneida Nation casinos since all three opened June 10th
The first positive case was a dealer at Point Place Casino in Bridgeport earlier this month.
The Chittenango employee was tested on June 19 and reported no symptoms.
The Health Department says the employee did not work on June 17th and 18th so they have determined there were no additional exposures.
