How will the state enforce Gov. Cuomo's 14 day Quarantine?
Cuomo says the state will not set up a blockade, but has not given any details on how the quarantine will be enforced.
The Governor issued an executive order yesterday, requiring anyone traveling to New York from a state with high rate of COVID-19 be quarantined for 14 days.
Cuomo implies it will be enforced through random checks. Earlier today the State Health Department issued some guidelines. The Quarantine does not apply to those passing through the state. Nor does it apply to essential workers.
