Gov. Cuomo announcing today that Central New York, and five other regions of the state, are on track to enter phase four on Friday. This is the final phase of the reopening plan.
Some businesses like gyms, movie theaters and malls are still not allowed to open. Low-risk outdoor and indoor museums, zoos, art galleries and historical sites will be allowed to open.
Larger social and religious gatherings will be allowed. For social gatherings there will be a limit of up to 50 people, while Indoor religious gatherings will be allowed to run at 33% of their full capacity.
