The Oswego County Health Department is investigating a new cluster of coronavirus cases.
Seven individuals have tested positive at Champlain Valley Specialty of NY, a food processing plant in the city of Oswego. Health officials say that the cluster of cases was transmitted through community spread. After inspection, officials say that the food handled by those employees was not contaminated. All employees at the site will be tested for COVID-19.
