In terms oPhase 1's impact on the CNY economy, Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon says that hundreds of businesses have been given the green light to reopen.
McMahon said that 278 businesses have formally submitted safety plans to both Onondaga County and the State. Any business looking to reopen during Phase 1 needs to have a comprehensive set of guidelines to keep employees and customers safe from COVID-19. The County Executive also mentioned he does not have a full list of those approved businesses, but he expects to have one soon.
