A teen has been charged after a Christmas Eve shooting in Syracuse.
The 15 year old, who has not been named due to their age, was already being held at the Hillbrook Detention Center for a separate incident. Officers had responded to a call in the 200 block of Turtle St on Christmas Eve for reports of a man shot. The victim, 30 year old Donjuante Anderson, died from his injuries in the hospital two days later. The teen has been charged with first degree murder, among other charges, after a months long investigation by Syracuse Police.
