Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County has reported its first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus.
County Executive Anthony Picente made the announcement this morning. He said the person had traveled abroad and has been in quarantine since March 13.
Picente is scheduled to hold a briefing this afternoon.
