Mattydale, N.Y. - An East Syracuse man has been arrested for assaulting and robbing a 51-year-old man.
Onondaga Deputies say 30 year old Samuel Quackenbush arranged to meet his victim on Craigslist. They met for a date in Mattydale, thats when Quackenbush assaulted the 51 year old man and stole his car. The man's wallet and cellphone were in the car as well.
The victim was taken to Upstate University Hospital and treated for head injuries.
Police tracked down Quakenbush who is no in jail with bail set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond
