Syracuse, N.Y. - Saint Patrick's Day is coming up soon, and it looks like Syracuse is one of the best places in the country to celebrate it.
WalletHub looked at several factors including weather and the amount of Irish pubs in a city and ranked Syracuse 14th on its new list. The Salt City led the nation as being the safety and accessibility. Topping the overall rankings were Chicago, Boston and Philadelphia. The only other Upstate New York City to make the cut was Buffalo coming in at 8th.
It's estimated Americans will spend over $6-billion dollars on the holiday this year.
