Utica, N.Y. - Utica Police are warning people about a suspicious white van.
Police say the van and a person was in the area of Oneida St. and Prospect St. around 8 his morning whe it approached a boy who was waiting for his bus. The juvenile declined and thats when the man exited the van and approached the boy. The boy ran.
Utica police say they have no witnesses or similar incidents.
