Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriff's say a Utica man has been arrested for having sex with a 14 year old girl
Sheriffs say the child was alone for a brief time in a vehicle inside the City of Utica when 57 year old Maurice Jones, already a level 3 sex Offender, used this opportunity to subject the child to sexual contact.
Jones is charged with Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
