Spectrum customers affected by this weekend's service outage will be able to get a credit on a future bill.
A company spokeswoman says the credit will be offered to folks who call the customer service line and ask for one. The credit amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Customers in Upstate New York and New England were affected by the outage, which was caused by weather-related damage to fiber-optic lines.
