Mattydale, N.Y, - A Mattydale man has been arested for manslaughter.
On June 1st 59-year-old, Bryan Walters was driving southbound on Plymouth Avenue when he drove through two stop signs, struck a house at 202 Mohawk Drive winding up inside the residence. The homeowner, 70 year old Eugene Addison, was sitting in his living room and wound up pinned underneath the vehicle.
Addison was pronounced dead at the scene.
Walters is scheduled to appear back in Onondaga County Court .
