Oriskany, N.Y. - Brandon Clark, who is accused of killing 17-year-old Bianca Devins last July, is now facing another charge
21 year old Clark has been charged with possessing a sharpened toothbrush as a shank in jail. Clark of Cicero, is already awaiting trial next month on a second-degree murder charge. Clark is accused of slitting Devins’ throat July 14 in Utica, and then posting bloody photos of her on the Internet. He then tried to kill himself and then took a selfie of himself with the body.
Clark is scheduled to go on trial in Oneida County Court in late February.
