UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 18 year old Ezequiel Ruiz, of Syracuse.
Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police say that a man was shot to death l Tuesday night.
Investigators say that a man was shot near the West Park Apartments, on South Salina Street at around 11:00 p.m. Officers say that the man was dead when officers found him.
