Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have arrested a woman they say intentionally hit a man with her vehicle.
The victim told investigators Tracy Thomas struck him several times near a Family Dollar store on South Salina Street yesterday. Police say Thomas and the man had been in a relationship. The victim suffered minor injuries and refused medical help.
Thomas is facing several charges including assault. She is being held in the Onondaga County Justice Center this morning.
