Syracuse, N.Y. - An Oswego man uses Snapchat to send lewd pics and vids to children.
31-year-old Matthew Moody, is accused of using the media messaging app to send inappropriate messages to children in Oswego County.
Moody has been charged with disseminating indecent material to minors, a felony, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Oswego County court.
