Syracuse, N.Y. - Destiny USA officials say they'll be strictly enforcing a rule that prohibits smoking on mall property.
Anyone caught breaking the rule will be banned from the mall for a year. That includes employees, meaning they wouldn't be able to show up for work.
The crackdown comes after several employees were found smoking in back hallways, which violates the Onondaga County fire code.
