New Information Released On Assemblyman Kolb's DWI Arrest

Victor, N.Y. - New information is being released on the DWI arrest of former Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb.

According to court documents, Kolb's blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit when he crashed his state-issued SUV near his home in the Town of Victor on New Year's Eve. He also reportedly told deputies that he had several cocktails before getting behind the wheel.

The Assembly Minority Conference has elected Assemblyman Will Barclay as its next Minority Leader.
