Syracuse, N.Y. - Six OCC students were charged after a fight in a residence hall.
The fight was over a female student occurred around 5 Wednesday night. Three students all from Brooklyn have been charged with second-degree assault and first-degree gang assault. Both felonies. Another student was injuried in the fight, taken to the hospital, and released.
Three other male students participated in the fight and were charged as well, two of them students charged for their roles in trying to prevent arrests. All six were placed on interim suspension.
