Clay, N.Y. - A nearly four-million square foot distribution center in Clay has cleared its final hurdle.
The planning board voted last night to approve construction of the $350 million facility. It'll be located on the land currently occupied by the Liverpool Public Golf and Country Club.
Construction is expected to start next year and finish in 2021.
The name of the company coming to the area hasn't officially been revealed.
