Syracuse, N.Y. - Racist messages found in an SU Dorm Bathroom are being investigate by Troopers.

Racist slurs against Asians and blacks were found at Day Hall last week. Gov. Cuomo is directing the State Police Hate Crimes Task Force to begin an investigation into the hate speech.
