Syracuse, N.Y. - The Mister Smoothie location at Destiny USA is closed until further notice after an employee was arrested.
Syracuse police say 20-year-old Nadine Reeves spilled a container of blueberries onto the floor Saturday and then swept them, along with dangerous debris that included plastic and crews, back into the same container.
The blueberries were later used to make a smoothie mixture that may have been served to two customers, including a child.
Reeves is charged with tampering and reckless endangerment.
