Munsville, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Munsville man for raping a developmentally disabled teen.
Police were notified by a hospital in Hamilton, after a 14-year-old female was brought to their facility for a sore throat and flu-like symptoms. Doctors determined the developmentally disabled teen was pregnant.
44 year old Glynn Collins has been arrested on 2 counts of Rape and Criminal Sex Act both felonies and Sex abuse along with endangering the welfare of a child.
Collins is in jail on a 5 thousand dollar bail.
