Salina, N.Y. - A women accused of setting a home on fire with a family inside will be in court today.
Police say that Natasha Benishek set her ex-boyfriends house on fire in Lyncourt two weeks ago. The fire burned the house down and killed the family's cats. The family was able to escape.
Benishek will be in Salina Town Court at 4:00 p.m. for a preliminary hearing. She is being held on bail at the Justice Center since her arrest.
