Onondaga County’s Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA) voted to be the lead agency to offer tax breaks and later this month, will vote on the final offer to incentivize the project.
The developer Trammel Crow says this area is ripe for this kind of development..
The project is estimated to bring a 1,000-job warehouse to Morgan Road, and many are speculating it to be for Amazon.
