Town of Onondaga, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Troy man for attacking a Town of Onondaga woman with a box cutter.
Tuesday State Police responded to a report of a stabbing at the Woodhaven Apartments on Onondaga Blvd in the Town of Onondaga. Investigators discovered that a female victim had actually been cut across her neck with a box cutter.
The victim was able to escape the apartment and was taken to a Hospital with non life threatening injuries. Police were able to track down the suspect Devine Coger and arrest him at his home inTroy.
He's charged with assult and criminal possession of a weapon.
