A Western NY man is behind bars after stealing money from the milk vending machines at the NY State Fair. 58-year-old Walter Bush of Tonawanda was caught unlocking the milk vending machines and taking the cash inside. A member of law enforcement recognized him as he tried to leave the fairgrounds, where he was taken into custody.
He was arraigned at the Onondaga County Justice Center. Law enforcement officials are continuing to investigate.
