Parents had been suing New York in Federal court. Court records show the case was voluntarily dismissed on Thursday, three days after the Federal judge denied the plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction.
Students attending school in the State who are previously used a religious exemption to avoid some or all vaccines must have their first dose 14-days after the start of the school year and must be able to prove they are on a vaccine schedule after the first month.
