Annsville, N.Y. - Oneida County deputies have arrested a man on a disturbing charge.
They say 22-year-old Henry Bartle of Annsville raped a girl younger than 15-years-old. The incident happened back in June in Sylvan Beach.
An order of protection has been issued for the victim and Bartle was sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility.
