Sentencing Scheduled In Albion Animal Abuse Case

Albion, N.Y. - An Oswego County man will be sentenced today for animal cruelty.

Anthony Scott was arrested in March. In February, Troopers discovered a dog in a garbage bag on his property that had starved to death. Three other dogs were found emaciated and in crates.
