Syracuse, N.Y. - It looks like the Syracuse Mets won't be going anywhere for the next 25 years.
Today, the Onondaga County Legislature is expected to approve a new lease agreement with the Triple A affiliate of the New York Mets. They'll also be voting on renovations to NBT Stadium which opened back in 1997.
The cost of that project would be split between New York State and Onondaga County. Last year the county considered as much as $25 million in upgrades to the ball park.
