Oswego, N.Y. - An Oswego County man who wa sinvolved in a horrific child abuse case in 2017 has been snetenced again
Gary Bubis will serve 5 to 15 years in state prison for sexually abusing a 12 year old.
Bubis was in a relationship with the girl’s mother at the time of the abuse. The child had stayed home sick from school and was home alone with Bubis when he sexually assaulted her.
In 2018 he pleaded guilty to charges he burned the hands of a 3 year old and tied down a 10 year old girl pouring hot sdauce down her throat. He could spend a total of 20 years behind bars.
