Oswego, N.Y. - Rising water levels have forced Wright's Landing Marina in Oswego to close.
Mayor Billy Barlow signed an executive order banning the public from going near the marina. Boats that are docked there will have to be moved until the emergency closure is no longer in place.
Anyone caught breaking the rule could be charged with trespassing. Refunds will be offered to affected boaters.
