Firefighters Battle Blaze On Syracuse's Southside

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Firefighters have put out a fire on the Soutside.

Fire was seen from the outside of the building as crews arrived on West Bissell St. The house had several apartments inside. Fire Officials say the choppiness of the apartments made it difficult for firefighters.

Chief Michael Monds says four people were in building but made it out on their own. Nobody was hurt.

Fire Investigators will soon begin investigating what sparked that blaze.
