Sodus, N.Y. - The couple charged in connection to a double-murder in Sodus will face trial together in May.
Charlene Childers, conspired with her husband Timothy Dean, to shoot to death her ex-boyfriend Joshua Niles and his girlfriend, Amber Washburn outside their home in October last year. Childers' attorney says she and Dean will be tried together next month.
Childers has been charged with conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon. Dean faces charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
