Syracuse, N.Y. - An Onedia Man was arrested while already in jail.
State police arrested 42 year old Robert Douglas and charged him with having sex with a girl under the age of 11 at a home in Syracuse.
Douglas was arraigned in Syracuse court and sent back to Madison County jail where he was already being held on an arrest last October for Child Pornography.
