Cicero, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a 25 year old for Criminal Impersonation of a Public Servant .
Ryan Houghtalen of Cicero, NY . has been charged with claiming to be associated with the C.I.A. in order to defraud a female victim.
In addition to being arrested an order of protection was all issued on behalf of the female victim.
