Waterloo, N.Y. - The man who shot and killed his ex-girlfriend and her friend in an ambush last summer in Waterloo will die in prison.
A judged handed down a life without parole sentence for Emerson “John” Tohafjian.
He gunned down Lori McConnell and Chuck Andrus back in July.
Prosecutors also say that Tohafjian raped and threatened to kill McConnell a month before he killed her.
