Syracuse, N.Y. - The Syracuse Police make an arrest after getting a tip a man was inside a store with a handgun.
The caller said 18 year old Davion Garbutt, of Syracuse was inside Uptown Market last night around 9 pm. When police arrived the suspect ran.
He ran into an apartment complex at 2100 Block of E Fayette Street.
He was finally caught after a while. Police found a 40 caliber handgun along the path where Garbutt ran. He faces two weapons charges.
